Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 健康促進與衛生教育學系 === 98 === The purposes of this study were to investigate the background factors, psychosocial factors and accessibility of environment among 138 employees in an extension School. (Response rate 97.9%). Data were analyzed with independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation and multiple linear regression. The important results are as following:
1.The distribution of regular exercise among 138 employees is 20.3%.
2.The subjects in gender and self-perceived health status of background factors have significant difference in regular exercise.
3.Self-efficacy for exercise, friends support for exercise, outcome expectation value for exercise and exercise enjoyment of psychosocial factors were positively associated with regular exercise. But, perceived barrier for exercise of psychosocial factors was negatively associated with regular exercise.
4.The subjects in availability of exercise facility near resident of accessibility of environment have significant difference in regular exercise.
5.Self-efficacy for exercise, gender, outcome expectation value for exercise, the availability of exercise facility near resident could predict regular exercise and explain 37% variance.
Eventually, according to the finding of this study, it presents some suggestions as references for improving worksite practice among 138 employees of extension school and further research in related field.
