In this study, We designed the innovative technology classroom for raising the learning motivation, outcome, and retention. The classroom adopted technology facilities, such as Interactive whiteboard, Touch-screen All-in-one computer. The learning strategies, including collaborative learning, long-term memory improvement and English vocabulary learning, are used to implement the learning system for the learners.
This research focuses on whether the interactive effect is obvious or not on the learning result and retention by using different teaching methods, the collaborative learning in an innovative technology classroom, the collaborative learning in a group and traditional classroom teaching, to different characteristic learners, such as English learning motivation, English anxiety, etc. It also focuses on the learning behavior sequential analysis of the students of the collaborative learning in a group in the innovative technology classroom. The results showed that this research could raise the retention of English vocabulary learning in the innovative technology classroom.
