In the past 20 years, "ecotourism" concept of the rapid development of robust, relevant areas that they cover a wide. In this study, content analysis studies for domestic eco-tourism trend analysis, data collection methods mainly” Taiwan Dissertation Information Network(URL:http://etds.ncl.edu.tw/theabs/index.html)” and “Taiwan Journal Article index system(URL:http://readopac.ncl.edu.tw/nclJournal/index.htm) queries from 1995 to March 2010 published in Theses. The study of the project is divided into six categories, including papers published, published source, research issues, study, research methods, and analysis of the study area. The results showed that the master & Ph. D in Taiwan of eco-tourism degrees in a total of 299 papers, a total of 59 departments, including schools tertiary institutions 125. Gournal articles 107, a cademic journals published in 48 of them. According to published timetable, published annually since 2002 with huge growth trend, of research issues in order to pceived behavior of tourists and perceived attitude of residents to a maximum, analysis of research methods with the angle cut into the different issues, perceived behavior of visitors most frequently used questionnaires, perceived attitude of the residents most frequently used interviews, discussion, meeting to study law, and the quantitative survey, strategy to develop most frequently used expert questionnaire, AHP is most widely used. research area from the development of protected areas to tribal and rural communities, study in addition to tourists and foreign residents of the most common, scholars and government agencies there is a growin. Non-profit organizations, businesses, students and teachers the guides have been incorporated into eco-tourism study. Overall, eco-tourism trends, both in research issues, research area, research methods, study become diversity. The results of this study will be based on eco-tourism for future research and development are suggested to serve as a reference for eco-tourism-related academic fields.
