Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 體育學系教學碩士班 === 98 === Ever since Mr. Chen Ping-hui came to Taiwan to open up the land and formed villages in 1664 (Yung-Li year 18 of Ming Dynasty), and in order to prevent the village and the village people at Nanshih area from being attacked due to its geographic and groups factors, there were customs of practicing martial customs and necessity of forming military forces. The private military forces and self-defense organization have lasted more than two hundred years. Meanwhile, along with the introduction of Sung-Chiang Parade into Taiwan of the Ming and Ching Dynasties, which after Hsiao-Lung Religious Service of Chiali Town started in the middle of Ching dynasty, it has been proved that the Sung-Chiang Parade of Chiu Lung Temple has been existed more than a century. During the development of the Sung-Chiang Parade of Chiu Lung Temple, after Hsiao-Lung Religious Service stopped, the Sung-Chiang Parade was then joined to Hsikang Religious Service, besides, due to the upheaval political circumstances (Pacific War, 228 Incident), the operation has been interrupted twice. There were several reasons, such as historical background, geographic, religious and blood tie, etc., made such obstinate group, having been through ups and downs many times, of Sung-Chiang Parade survive and the twice interruptions and still thrive. Having been experienced and cultivated by the historical, geographic, religious and blood tie, etc, factors, also, having been exposed and influenced by the ancestors, it has been turned into a carrier of the related history and culture with complete cultural structure. It is led by the core spiritual thoughts to form the organization, regulation and system, also, the inner most spiritual thought and the organization and regulation are thus displayed from the exposed material technique level at the outmost layer. Different levels and iii factors among them must be able to corresponded and connected to one another, and no items falling down from the sky cannot be connected or explained. Therefore, the cultural structure of the Sung-Chiang Parade of Chiu Lung Temple has been a well organized group regarding the system of Sung-Chiang Parade. This too is a significant finding on this research, which may also make up the missing piece of the related study on “the cultural structure of the Sung-Chiang Parade here at Taiwan” up to now. The different levels and content of the cultural structure of Sung-Chiang Parade of Chiu Lung Temple are: 1. Spiritual thought level: 1) To join with gods of Religious Service; 2) To be advance force of the Hsieh Marshal; 3) To play the role as the exorcism and blessing god to give a peace of mind to people; 4) To group up the local people; 5) To strengthen up the body; 6) To concentrate the blood relationship of clan; 7) To pass on and accept such culture. 2. Organization, regulation and systematic level: 1) Take the region and blood relationship as the main axis the temple as core to call up the people as main body; 2) To gather the yellow foot band system group with other groups to combine for the battle array; 3) The matrix deploy shall be based on religious and military logic to form; 4) To enter, open, explore, clip the incense, and perform worship ceremony on the martial art house; 5) The outing of the battle array shall be held once every three year at Hsikang Religious Service as a cycle, while other parade shall be based on this cycle to make decision. iv 3. The exposed material technique level: 1) The exposed instrument, yellow foot band, thank-you basket, cleansing amulet, red satin, firework, arms, gong and cymbal for Sung-Chiang Parade; 2) Martial art boxing includes: white crane boxing, flying crane boxing, Lohan boxing, flower spreading, Taichu boxing, Chen’s Taichi boxing; 3) Matrix: Fatsai, circle, inviting, god worshiping, two-gate opening, dragon jump out of water, through core, ax-opening, flag-opening, personal weapon practicing, personal boxing performance, centipede matrix, cobweb, weapon matching, empty-handed link circle, the 8-trigram, 7-star matrix.
