The subjects of this study were 175 elementary school information teachers in Kaohsiung City. “The Cyberethics Teaching for Elementary School Information teachers Questionnaire” were developed and administered as research instruments. The data were analyzed in various statistical methods including mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Teachers showed a positive view for the attitude of cyberethics teaching. 2. Teachers showed a positive view for the subjective norm of cyberethics teaching. 3. Teachers showed a positive view for the perceived behavioral control of cyberethics teaching. 4. Teachers’ cyberethics teaching behavioral intention were above average. 5. The stronger positive views for the attitude of cyberethics teaching, perceived behavioral control of cyberethics teaching, and subjective norm of cyberethics teaching teachers have, the higher will of the cyberethics teaching behavioral intention teachers are. 6. The behavioral intention of cyberethics teaching could be effectively predicted by the perceived behavioral control and the attitude of cyberethics teaching, which accounted for 48.7% of the total variance. 7. Teachers with cyberethics-related learning and teaching experiences have a more positive view for the attitude of cyberethics teaching. 8. Teachers with IT-related degree, cyberethics-related learning and teaching experiences have a more positive view for the perceived behavioral control of cyberethics teaching. 9. Teachers with IT-related degree, cyberethics-related learning and teaching experiences have a more positive view for the cyberethics teaching behavioral intention.
