Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 科技管理研究所碩士班 === 98 === Mold industry is the mother of mechanical industry, it equipped with the advantage of fast and high repeatability, mass production and low cost, Mold is an important fundamental tools for producing every kinds of production, it keep key factor of ultimate and effective in Taiwan Industry, very important to the manufacture for a country. There exist most deficiency in mold business is it always subjected a reactive position, it can’t start mold design and manufacture unless upstream customer provide the design drawing, due to the up stream customer lack of mold professional knowledge and design change problems, it bring about transaction cost, sometime series it delay the timing of production on shelf, so when perform a new production development to pre-integrate product design, manufacture marketing supplier customer and other related person to join early coordinate corporation to become possible to reach the target of time to market. In order to research and find out the mold and experience of enterprise growth, a case study was applied in this thesis, a cost transaction cost theory and coordinate design theory was applied in this case, take the example of T company study its growth path, how they use vary kinds of strategy and activity to reach the purpose of enterprise growth. finally apply the successive experience of T company to structure an general development mold, integrate vertically to provide mold business to establish the strategy of growth.
