It must rely on engineers with tried and error study to gain experiences, which is not only wasting resources but also lack of research approaches to be applied. For this reason, in the advanced country of each industry, in order to deal with the diversified demands of the market and make the best competition advantage at present, the Computer-Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) technology with CAE/CAD/CAM is widely adopted. Generally speaking, one design-intact industrial product is to design its prototype first lay the Computer Aided Design (CAD), and then the Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) follows up the test and modification. At last, a better design product is obtained through the Computer Aided Manufacturing production. This thesis will address the application and efficiency by the design process of a small-scale permanent magnetic wind-power generator using a real generator as an example for a real case. We started with the Taguchi method companion to collect the parameters and adjusted all materials used, which will become the knowledge base of the intelligent system and standard of the inference method, and then combine the optimization question of many goals with the fuzzy inference. At last, we have proved this study with a true machine. In the future, these important reference materials and methods can be used for producing cheap, high quality, low lost wind-power three-phase permanent magnetism generator with high efficiency, and will become the intellectual property of the industry and academic as well.
