In early times ,due to such factors as politics and education , Taiwanese-language didn''t develop its own standard of written language .And because of its falling into oblivion, it makes it more difficult for Taiwanese language to be written down in letters. However, as far as Taiwan''s social condition is concerned, because there is a large percentage of people speaking Taiwanese , the fact that Taiwan''s common language belongs to Holo language, which is what we call Taiwanese language today, makes the influence and importance of it beyond description. As a consequence,as the Grade 1 through 9 curriculum comes into being ,Taiwanese language gets a foothold in the education system——We have Taiwanese classes! However, the situation of Mandarin and Japanese''s modernizing, which is based on conventional language and, take a step further, coin new words or use loanwords to make modernized words is worthy of our thinking.Does that mean Taiwanese language can do likewise or add Romanization to it to translate it into books?Statistics show that after few years of Taiwanese language lectures ,the problem we see indicates the turning point to changing.
