The thesis research demonstrating 4 measure models and 20 attributes in of 3-Dimension Concurrent engineering decision-making analyzing framework having high degree reliability (Cronbach’s α) and construct validity, obtaining meritorious and middling KMOs (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy), and proceeding description and communality factor analysis for sequencing all key success factor of 20 attributes to compare to each other. Finally, using Analytic Hierarchy Process to analysis, all judgment matrix in AHP are fit to Consistency Ratio (C.R. ≤ 0.1) requirement, obtaining all eigenvectors (weight) after AHP pairwise comparison between 4 measure models and 20 attributes, successfully to construct performance appraisal model to decision analyzing all green product and technology development projects and to optimize Taiwan technology firms’ performance management.
