There was significant difference between different department and participation in early intervention of pediatric nurses. There was significant difference between if had opportunity to disscuss with social workers and participation in early intervention of pediatric nurses. 4.The self perception in early intervention of pediatric nurses was higher than participation. There were significant positive associated with self perception and participation. Based on the findings above, suggestions were provided for policy and clinic issues. Issues for further study were also discussed. Lin Chin-Kai 林巾凱 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 109 zh-TW |
