Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育測驗統計研究所 === 99 === The study was conducted to explore the condition of job satisfaction, and to analyze the difference among the teachers with different backgrounds participating in “Hand-in-Hand-Plan” at the elementary school of Changhua County. The study used the questionnaire survey to sample 311 teachers participating in “Hand-in-Hand Plan” from 67 elementary schools. The research instrument was “The Formal Questionnaire of Job Satisfaction for the Teachers Participating in Hand-in-Hand Plan ”. In addition, the data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA. The findings were summarized as follows. 1. The job satisfaction of teachers participating in “Hand-in-Hand Plan” was high. Among the dimensions, the teachers were most satisfied with “Teaching Environment”. And, the scores of the other dimensions arranging from high to low were “Administration Support”, “Personal Professional Growth”, “Social Impressions”, “Course Arrangement”, “Design of Remedial Teaching Material” and “Payment”. 2. There was a significant difference in job satisfaction among the teachers possessing the different “identity” and “location of school”. 3. There was no significant difference in job satisfaction among the teachers possessing the different “education level” and “teaching experience participating in this plan”.
