This kind of learning is limited to teaching materials, time and space that difficult to enhance the motivation. Therefore, some scholars proposed situational M-learning experience for English learning to enhance motivation. In order to realize M-learning, various location-aware technologies can be used and performs GPS technology the best. In the past, the studies that combine GPS with M-learning are focus on campus, botanical garden, etc. The kind of small area is difficult to highlight the value of GPS. Owing to the implement of two-day weekend, tasting cuisines has become the people’s leisure activity. Therefore, we propose a system that combines cuisines tour with English mobile learning. The research area is extended to Yuanlin town and use TAM to investigate user’s acceptance. The study investigates user’s acceptance via using the system and getting questionnaire responses. For the statistical explanation, item analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and path relationship analysis are used. The experiment results find out that dimensions affect significantly each other. The factor analysis shows that the anxiety of using mobile device is the most important to acceptance. The path analysis shows that the relationship between perceive usefulness and behavior intention is the most relevant. Moreover, the relationship between perceive ease of use and behavior intention is the second. Finally, we give system designers and scholars valuable suggestions to deeply develop the mobile learning system.
