Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 98 === This research aimed at investigating the current situation of how satisfied and needed the participating teachers in the central area were. In addition to probing into the theory and research of Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development Support System with the documents analysis, this research also used the questionnaire to realize the situation. These subjects are the teachers, directors, and principals in the twenty-six elementary schools which are located in Taichung City, Taichung County, and ChangHua County. We sent out 397 questionnaires, and got 345s back. The retrieve rate is 86.90%. The effective questionnaires are 332, and the valuable rate is 96.23%. The information from these questionnaires proceeded to analysis with the statistical techniques of numbers allotment, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, correlated samples, and one way analysis of variance. According to the foregoing, the conclusion from this reaserch is following: 1. The elementary school’s teachers who participate the Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development satisfied the current situation. 2. For the support system, the elementary school’s teachers who participate the Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development reached to the needs indicator. 3. For the support system, the elementary school’s teachers who participate the Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development have more needs indicator than satisfing with the current situation. 4. For the support system, The elementary school’s teachers who participate the Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development with different backgounds have diversities of satisfing. 5. For the support system, The elementary school’s teachers who participate the Teacher Evaluation for Profession Development with different backgounds have diversities of the needs indicator.
