Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 幼兒教育學系碩士班 === 98 === Preschooler period is the key period for developing personal eating habit. If teacher can using the picture book to attract the preschooler to develop the healthy eating habit, that will be helpful for their development on many ways. This study use the equivalent control-group of the qusai experimental design to pick up 60 students from two class in Dali city certified nursery school of Taichung county for 12 weeks research. The intervention group, using picture books, and the control group, without picture books, are compared their eating habits with each group. By using descriptive statistics, dependent sample t test, independent sample t test and two-way ANOVA to analysis the survey’s data, here are the abstract of study result. 1. Preschooler’s study outcome related to physical side (gender, body mass index). (1) There is no different between sexual differentiate. (2) There is no remarkable differentiate on preschooler’s eating habit measure. However, under weight and average weight preschooler has better outcome on healthy eating, compared with over weight sample. 2. With or without the picture book for preschooler’s outcome. (1) The intervention group with picture books for eating habit has better improvement than the control group. (2) The intervention group have improvement before and after the trial on healthy eating. Moreover, the intervention group like vegetables more than the control group. (3) There is no differentiating on eating behavior. (4) There is no differentiating on eating attitude. According to the result of the research, teachers can use picture books, attracting books, to lead the preschooler change their bad eating habit, especially on healthy eating.
