In the process of learning creative visual art, children can accumulate their extensive knowledge, intensify their ways of thinking, stimulate their creative abilities and make the foundation for all the abilities necessary in the future. Therefore, this research aims to design the programme of ‘multiple visual art creative education project’ from the viewpoints of Comprehensive Approach to Art Education, Multi-cultures Discipline-based Art Education curriculum framework, together with the Theory of Multiple Intelligence. It also investigates the teaching process and student learning experience when carrying out the education project and ‘creative teaching strategy’ of the project. The research filed is the creative art education centre, founded by the researcher. The subjects of this study are fourteen children aged four to eleven. There are ten topics and twenty-nine classes of visual art activities. The researcher compiles, summarises, analizes the multifaceted qualitative data. Besides, the researcher also applies the triangulation processes to verify the findings of this study. The findings of this study are as following: ‘multiple visual art creative education project’ can achieve the goal of ‘to learn for comprehension and to teach for comprehension’. For teachers, it provides an innovative teaching module, which assists teachers to identify students’ gifted domain of intelligence . For students, it can extend their knowledge and comprehensive abilities through visual art, and help them to apply what they have learnt to daily life. They can also learn crucial skills to think creatively, develop abilities to solve problems, stimulate their creativities and affective traits, and express individual creative styles.
