Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣體育學院 === 體育研究所 === 98 === To evaluate whether the changes in blood lactate between the clean & jerk of sub-maximum weight attempts and standing-triple-jumps in senior high school weightlifting players, 17 subjects with a mean age of 17.10 ± 1.25 years and a mean weightlifting training experience of 3.80 ± 0.75 years were recruited with formal consents. The blood sample from their fingertips of non-handedness before and after the exercise of clean & jerk of sub-maximum weight attempt and standing triple jumps were taken to measure the blood lactate. It existed obvious differences in blood lactate levels collected at third and fifth minutes after the three times clean & jerk attempt ( F=19.43, p<.05) when compare to that of before. Similarly, we can also find that greater blood lactate levels collected at third and fifth minutes after the standing triple jumps. There were no observable differences exist between the various grades players as well as that of various genders. Comparing to before exercise in all of subjects, the blood lactate levels collected at third minutes after the clean & jerk of sub-maximum weight attempts and standing-triple-jumps exhibited higher concentrations, however, there were no differences in lactate concentrations between various grades players. In short, the blood lactate levels collected at third and minutes after the clean & jerk of sub-maximum weight attempts and standing-triple-jumps may act as an index to predict the maximum sport abilities.
