Furthermore, investigate if job satisfaction could be the intermediate variable between results of post-implementation ERP and job performance. Base on fundamental theory structure of this research investigate employees work on Corporation in Taiwan that implemented ERP successfully. 303 effective questionnaires were collected. As a result, research shows as following: 1.Job satisfactions have been significantly improved by results of post-implementation ERP. 2.Improved employee's Job satisfactions could explicitly accelerate task performance. 3.Successful results of post-implementaion ERP have signigicant influence on task performance. 4.Boost task performance would positively propel employees' contextual performance. 5.Results of post-implementation ERP have amplified contextual performance. 6.Job satisfactions and task performance carry into effect intermediate variables between results of post-implementation ERP and contextual performance. According to research outcom, we conclude that successful results of post-implementation ERP could improve employees' job quality and enhance their job performance as well. Moreover, job satisfaction act as an intermediate effect between results of post-implementation ERP and task performance.
