Therefore, this study focuses on the Han－Kuang fruit and vegetable production cooperatives as a case study, in the hope to further explore the value chain analysis of the competitive advantage of agricultural cooperatives, and use the five forces analysis of the situation to understand industry competition. 　　The results showed that cases of cooperative activities in the value chain, a high degree of implementation, including the main activities and complementary activities. Cases of cooperatives to capture a professional supplier and buyer bargaining, in addition, industry competitors, potential competitors and alternatives to competitive threats to its low. Agricultural cooperatives to strengthen public participation in activities and networking platform for the interaction with the channel relationship and a good attention to management information system maintenance and data seniority in order to guard against crises, and sound human resources development in order to expand and close attention to the trend of government policy to respond to potential international competitors. These suggests were provided to the agricultural cooperation to enhance future competitiveness as a reference.
