Research regions included Nan-An Visitor Center, trial sections from entrance to Chiasin, and from Chiasin to Walami. The contents of questionnaire were designed after searching related literature and on-site interview with the visitors and then surveyed. Data obtained from questionnaire survey were statistical analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test of independent sample, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson’s differential correlation test. (1)Results showed that highest degree of satisfaction was found for the service provided by Nan-An Visitors Center (4.2) followed by recreational facilities implemented at the trial section from the entrance to Chiasin (4.0) while the lowest degree of satisfaction was found for recreational facilities implemented at the trial section from Chiasin to Walami (3.9).(2)Among all questions about the service of Nan-An Visitor Center asked the environmental clearness and the service manner of personnel gained the highest degree of satisfaction because of the well-preserved clean environment around the center, nice interaction between visitors and service personnel, and the newly-added video show about the living record of Taiwan black bear. Comprehensiveness of navigation information about the scenic spots gained lower degree of satisfaction because parts of visitors couldn’t get prompted referential information from the navigation information before entering the Walami Trial.(3)The highest degree of satisfaction on recreational facilities at the trial section between the entrance and Chiasin was found for the safety of Shanfong 1 and 2 suspension bridges because visitors felt safe about the steel-made suspension bridges that had solid deck on it, low degree of vibration, and taller protective fence. Lower degree of satisfaction was found due to the lacking of toilet facilities for visitors to use at the trail section between the entrance and Chiasin (2.8 km distance).(4)Safety of Jute 1 and 2 suspension bridges that had good maintenance condition after the implement of new bridge wire and surface deck gained the highest degree of satisfaction in the recreational facilities surveyed at the trial section between Chiasin and Walami. Lacking of toilet facilities for visitors to use between Chiasin and Walami section gained the lower degree of satisfaction. After evaluation, toilet facility that has bio-degradable function may be built at suitable location to solve this problem.
