Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 機械工程系所 === 98 === This work performs the model verification on the copper bowl to obtain its equivalent analytical model that can be used for structural modification design; the sound and vibration characteristics of the copper bowl are also studied. Firstly, to build the copper bowl that used two different elements by the finite element (FE) model and preceed finite element analysis (FEA). And then, carried out the experimental modal analysis (EMA) for the copper bowl; and according to the experimental date, the FE model can be updated to find a more suitable proceed FEA of FE model. Secondly, carrying out the three different sizes of copper on the FEA and EMA, and then comparing the modal parameters to confirm the accuracy of the FE model, and investigating the vibration feature of structure. Lastly, using the microphone sensors to carry out the sound test, and bring out the series investigate of vibration and sound to the copper bowl. The results show that the finite element model constructs by the shell element is more appropriate, and determined model correct by the model validation, and understand the vibration mode is the copper hoop mode, understanding the first four frequency is an effective feature natural by the vibration and sound frequency to the copper, and the main frequency is the second vibration mode. This wore lays out the methodology for percussion instrument study to correlate the sound and vibration properties and will be beneficial to other types of percussion instruments.
