| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 98 === Broadly speaking, immigration counseling means all the care and counseling actions taken by government on immigration population. The population policy and guideline in our country includes the planning and seizing of immigration development trend, deepening immigration counseling, attraction of professional and investment immigrant, the construction of diversified culture and society, reinforcement of territory management and prevention of illegal immigrant, etc.; among them, the immigrant counseling job is listed as within the scope of our population policy.
In 2003, our country has made foreign and Mainland spouse care and counseling policy, and it was revised on September 10, 2004; its focus jobs include eight items such as life adaptation counseling, medical eugenics care, the guarantee of employment right, the enhancement of educational culture, assistance on children’s incubation, safety and protection on human body, solid laws and regulations and the implementation of conceptual announcement, etc., meanwhile, National Immigration Agency is responsible for immigration counseling.
On-Line analytical processing and data mining techniques are frequently used in commerce, medical science and crime prevention. Domestically, there is very rare literature focusing on the use of this tool for the investigation and analysis of immigration population. Domestically, the data of immigration population due to marriage residence are more than several tens of thousands, and it is thus useful to apply online analytical processing technique to build up data cube multi-dimensional analysis. Through the use of techniques such as slice, dice, roll up, drill down and pivot, etc. on the immigration population data, the user can easily get the needed information and can easily understand the current marriage immigration population status. Through the use of data mining technique on the constructed marriage immigration data group, it is possible to use functions such as classification, correlation, cluster analysis, etc. to find hidden and unknown but very useful information to immigration counseling policy from the huge database so as to support the implementation of immigration counseling strategy.
