In Taiwan, the traditional puppet show needs to be transformed to a new creative show for the audience in international show selections. The study of the successful case of Pi-Li Puppet is our major study in this thesis. The key factors of the success is their competitive strategy and best plan.
This research is based on individual case, adopted some ways of Sun-Tzu Art of War, analysis of mode of competition, and their strategy.
Based on the study of this competition of Taiwanese Puppet show, analyzing outcome of the game, their mode and then we will suggest some new ways of business management.
The suggestions we will offer in this thesis will be a good reference for business decision maker to apply it in their business operation for a better chances to survive.
