The contents of abstract in this thesis:
This study is mainly analysis how Taiwan’s mobile network companies dealt with protests against mobile base stations establishing and dismantling according to environmental threads changing and complicating, and as the related information is dissymmetrical. This indeed research has drawn a conclusion of the future macro management for mobile network companies from their overall responding strategy in cases.
We adopted field study method collecting related data and interviewing the protest-related individuals, and we also compared the resolutions of each case to clarify several specific issues on what the mobile network companies know about residents’ authority of surroundings and how the companies dealt with the protest against mobile base stations’ establishing, and how did the companies build a mutual-trust channel to communicate and maintain a better relation with the residents in station neighborhood? How did the operators cleverly turn the conflict into compromise via representatives and governors’ mediating?
We have come to the following conclusions as the implications to the enterprises for macro management:
1)When the product and service provided by enterprises have effected outer environment, and as the related individuals getting better educated of environmental notions, the macro management will turn deal-conducted into relation-conducted policy.
2)When the product and service provided by enterprises have effected outer environment, and as the individuals and interactions increased, the unidirectional interaction will upgrade to multidirectional interaction in macro management.
3)In the macro management, the rational strategies will be changed to perceptual ones when the product and service provided by enterprises have effected outer environment.
4)The single response from the macro management should develop multi-responses when the product and service provided by enterprises have effected outer environment, and as the more obligations requested by the individual involved.
5)The macro management of same trades should form an alliance to face to a more complicated environment instead of solo responding to the protest.
