| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of the re-engineering in the elementary school and the school effectiveness in the school. Based on the conclusion of researches conducted, this study provides references for academic and educational circles.
The literature review and questionnaire survey are utilized for data collection and analysis. First, the literature review encompasses research found both from both domestic and abroad. Theories and practices regarding the re-engineering and effectiveness on Elementary School are involved. Secondly, the questionnaires surveys of teacher sample 450 representatives of school randomly selected from 30 elementary schools in Pingtung County.
The date are analyzed via SPSS12.0 of software Chinese edition and presented as
t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise
regression analysis.
According to the conclusions of all data, this research reaches eight conclusions.
1. Elementary School in Pingtung County using re-engineering and has good sense.
2. Elementary School in Pingtung County using human resources management has low relevance in the school effectiveness.
3. Elementary School in Pingtung County using total quality management has low relevance in the school effectiveness.
4. Elementary School in Pingtung County using knowledge management has middle relevance in the school effectiveness.
5. Elementary School in Pingtung County usingt customer relationship management has middle relevance in the school effectiveness
6. . The re-engineering in Ping-tong County could be properly used to explain the effectiveness on Elementary School .
