Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 98 === A sound performance evaluation model should be established to understand the management performance and quality of student clubs and conduct effective resource allocation. The current student club evaluation systems adopted by domestic colleges and universities focuses more on written document evaluation and neglects the importance of continuous management improvement. Through literature review, the National Quality Award stresses participation of all members, continuous improvement, innovation and customer orientation, and organizational operation and activities quality. Based on Management by Objectives and the National Quality Award evaluation models, this paper constructed a student club evaluation model to help increase the integrity and sensitivity of student club evaluation systems. The case analysis method was adopted. The subjects were student clubs at the case school in 2009.
