Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 社會發展學系 === 98 === The purpose of study is to investingate the relationship between elementary school organization culture and teachers’ job involvement. By looking at diverse backgrounds, the author conducts a research to study the relatedness and difference of organization culture and job involvement. The data collected and analyzed by the author are derived from the results of documents’ analyses and questionnaire surveys. These documents consist of domestic and overseas researches related to organization culture and teachers’ job involvement. This study adopts a method of questionnaire survey. Teachers working at public elementary schools in Pingdong City were targeted as the population. This study surveyed the teachers of 52 elementary schools, where 670 teachers were selected as the study sample through stratified random sampling and cluster sampling, and 642 valid questionnaires were retrieved and collected. The tool used was “The Questionnaire of Elementary Organization Culture and Teachers’ Job Involvement.”developed by the researcher. The data collected from the surveys were treated and analyzed by using means of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way variance of analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation method, and multiple regression. Conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers have good perception of the current situation of organization culture. 2. Elementary school teachers have good abilities of job involvement, especially in the performance of job evaluation. 3. The age is long, the service senior, to hold the post of the administrative duty and the school scale young teacher to the school organization culture The feeling is more intense. 4. The married teacher is more positive in the work investment''s degree, and faces the forward development. 5. The National Elementary school organizes the culture to recover forward, teacher''s work investment is higher 6. The married teacher is more positive in the work investment''s degree, and faces the forward development. Finally, the researcher based on the conclusion to the National Elementary school, the country young teachers, the educational administration institution and the future researcher will make the suggestion.
