Most of background of participants are women, under the age of 39, under high school education, engaged in service industry, free industry or not employed, working years less than 15 years, living in the area within 2 kilometers, attended two or more courses. 2. The main motivation of participants in Pingtung County Digital Opportunity Centers is to gain knowledge. Participants want to make self-growth to satisfy their desires for knowledge. 3. Camparing with the other ages, young participants prefer to learn due to job need or expectations from other people. 4..High education participant has high motivation in the orientation of the progress of work motivaiont. 5.
