The study provides education professionals conclusions and suggestions based on the study result to refer to. The research methods are qualitative research methods: the researcher uses interview, document collection, observation, and survey. The results are as follows: 1.The school implements moral and character education in order to cultivate good attitudes and behaviors of the students and fulfill the principal’s ideal that moral and character development should be an essential part of basic education. 2.The principal and teachers play a role model to create a high-grade campus culture. 3.The core ethic values should balance between traditional and modern cultures; however the plan implementation lacks full participation from everybody. 4.The school incorporates moral and character education into formal, informal, and hidden curriculum. Besides school-wide promotion moral and character education is being implemented anywhere and anytime. 5.The teachers develop students’ morals and character by the teaching method of the dilemma moral discussion, firsthand experience and participation, moral discipline, as well as teaching moments. 6.The school stakeholders have discrepant experiences as far as outside resources. 7.The difficulties of moral and character education implementation at the school impact the function of moral and character education. 8.The moral and character education implementation at the school has been approved. Finally, the researcher synthesizes the results of the study and provides school administrators, teachers, and future researchers with solid suggestions.
