Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === Recently, owing to the low-birth rate; all the universities are under international competition, and face the stress of operation. Therefore, every university schemes the school affairs positively to advance the teaching and learning quality as well as strengthen the school competitiveness. The purpose of this study is that in order to comprehend the administrative staffs who need to deal properly with all kinds of complicated administrative service and confront interscholastic competition in public university This study makes use the sample of the administrative staffs in universities and colleges in Kaohsiung and Pingtung region by questionnaire. The sample consists of 319 subjects and 304 questionnaires are effective, and the valid usable return rate is 95%. The data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson accumulated analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results are summarized as following: 1.Organizational climate had positively correlation between organizational commitment. 2.Organizational climate had positively correlation between knowledge sharing attitude. 3.Organizational commitment had positively correlation between knowledge sharing attitude. 4.Independent innovation and interpersonal relationship factories of organizational climate had the positive correlation and convincible for knowledge sharing attitude. 5.Continuance commitment and affective commitment factories of organizational commitment had the positive correlation and convincible for knowledge sharing attitude.
