Order to achieve the purposes above, first, the study analysis and collects the literature related to Taiwan Hakka language policy, the implementation of educational policy and the plan for Hakka language-living schools. Second, the study develops the interview outline, the questionnaire and collect the questions in-depth by interview, literature analysis, and questionnaire survey(?). Finally, according to analysis and discussion, the study provides conclusions and suggestions. There are six conclusions as follows: 1. It is important that Taiwanese Hakka educational policy revive Hakka language. 2. All schools can combine the resources to develop school characteristics. 3. By policy of the Implementation, we can arrive at culture-tradition and multi-learning. 4. All schools can elaborate administrative function and learn environment setting up which enhance teaching and learning by implement the policy. 5. Variances on the implementation Hakka instruction of the Hakka Language-living Schools exist due to differences in variables of personal and background. 6. Variances on the implementation Hakka learning activities of the Hakka Language-living Schools exist due to differences in variables of personal and background.
