Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === This study aims to investigate present situation and the relationship between the organizational effectiveness of elementary school and it’s human resource management in pingtung county. 429 valid questionnaires from elementary school teachers. The datum were analyzed and presented by Average, Standard Deviation , T-test , 1-way ANOVA Analysis, and Pearson Product- Moment Correlation.
The conclusions were as follow:
1. The elementary teachers in Pintung perceived a middle level on human resource management. Among the sectional scores, the dimension of “ human resource employment “ was better.
2. The elementary teachers in Pintung perceived a middle level on school organizational effectiveness. Among the sectional scores, “the static dimension of organization structure” was better.
3. Senior teachers、teachers graduated form normal universities 、
teachers having administrative positions had greater perception of human resource management.
4. The teachers in schools of below 12 classes had higher perception of human resource management and many other dimensions.
5. Older teachers、senior teachers、teachers having administrative positions had greater perception of school organizationaleffectiveness.
6. The teachers in schools of below 12 classes had higher perception of school organizational effectiveness and many other dimensions.
7. The better the human resource management in school performs the better the performance of school organization effectivenesspromotes.
In the end, based on the study conclusions, this study had madsome suggestions to educational administration authorities,elementary schools and future studies.
