碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育行政研究所 === 98 === The main purposes of this study are to confer the meaning of spirituality and spiritual leadership, to construct an educationalist’s features and models of spiritual leadership, and to discuss the influences of it with regard to school management. The researcher, adopt the qualitative case study as the research method. All data are collected through individual interviews and observations. Hence, it is an empirical study from a real educational scene. Therefore, the results of this study are presented through the analyses of documents from the case subject and the observations from the researcher. The researcher, illustrates the spiritual realization and sharing of the case subject and his characteristics such as friendliness, amiability, optimism, resolution, sympathy, fearlessness, and the ability of communication. The researcher, also explains the influential process while creating spiritual environment, establishing societal network, conveying organizational value, and building up one’s autonomy. Moreover, Christian beliefs and educational visions are merged in order to cultivate the seed of hope on the basis of love and responsibility, and to establish educational new value which is extraordinary and beyond compare. Accordingly, there are five conclusions in the findings based on the research results, and four suggestions regarding the crux of real educational environment, the execution of spiritual leadership in schools, and the implementation of it.
