碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 體育學系 === 98 === The purpose of the study was to investigate the state of the leisure participation and the life styles of the elementary school teachers in Pingtung area and , the differences among different background variables in the leisure participation and the life styles relationship. It was to explore the relationship between the leisure participation and the interpersonal relationship. The study adopted the survey method and proceeded to collect the research data by using the questionnaires of “Elementary School Teacher’s The Leisure Participation life Stylen.” The questionnaires sent out to 400 teachers, 342 teachers fill it out, among which 309, or 72.25 are valid. The data was analyzed through SPSS for Window 12.0. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method and Pearson correlations were used to analysis ollected data. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The leisure participation that the teachers willing to take in, according to the degree of their interest, were：musicai instruments playing camping ball games taking a rest/nap wrieing attending lectures social activities, and exhiditions The life sfyles tht the teachers willing to live with in turns were heat awd heathawd natwwra l food informations diat control visieingart museums awd socialing with close friends 2. The various factors of genders, age, marriage status, tenure of teaching, the level of education and job make distinct influences on elementary school teachers’participation in the leisure participation.. whereas the factors of genders age marriage status agd job assignation play important role in teachers life styleo have distinct influence on elementary school teachers’ participation in the interpersonal relationships. 3. The leisure participation types of the elementary school teachers have positive relationship with eheir life tyles Key words: Primary School Teachers, Leisure Participation, Life Style.
