Besides, this study explored the performance of the application of Web-based instruction platform on the fifth-grade students social learning attitude and motivation. The samples of this study were one hundred and sixty two fifth-grade students from five classes in HerPing Elementary School, Pingtung. Each group went through a three-hour experiential course. The designed Web site for this platform include:Course information content, curriculum image file, test system, network questionnaires and the network system log, the aim is to enable students to conduct real online learning and then take post tests to social learning attitude scale and social learning motivation scale, and the experiential group must fill in a web-based learning questionnaire. According to the data analysis from the experiment, the study reached the following conclusions: 1.The social learning attitudes showed no significant differences between self-regulation and guided-regulation group students after experiential courses. 2.The social learning motivation showed no significant differences between self-regulation and guided-regulation group students after experiential courses. 3.The design of online teaching platform should take more aspects of primary school students mental immaturity into account, and more concerned about the web design skills and concepts in order to design a self-regulation Web-based instruction platform suitable for elementary school students learning. 4.The students were in favor of the web-based learning environment. This learning environment could help them easily catch the knowledge of social courses and raised their wish toward the social courses learning. In the end, according to the result and analyses, the study provided suggestions for the future web-based learning and future researches. Wen-Chung Chou 周文忠 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW
