Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東教育大學 === 教育學系 === 98 === This research aims at studying the processes and effectiveness of the implementation of grade 5 homeroom teachers’ classroom management. Through action research, the researcher collected the data and information of students’ background, counseling records, communication books, letters to parents, records of parents’ meetings, and students’ feedback. In addition to the above-mentioned data and information, the researcher even found more related data and information from the following sources, such as observation in the classroom, records of interviews, notes of introspection, and records of students’ daily performance. Through a variety of sources, conclusions are stated below: I.A complete procedure of classroom management includes the creation, fulfillment, teaching and implementation of classroom rules. II.In terms of the effectiveness of classroom management, the results are stated as follows: i.SWOT analysis can be an efficient tool which is used on improving the effectiveness of classroom management. ii.Through attending the discussion of classroom regulations, students will not only be willing to abide by the classroom regulations, and even perfect then. iii.The education of classroom regulations must be implemented continuously. iv.Implementation of the classroom regulations requires a prefect punishment-rewarding system. v.Cooperation from the parents can yield twice the result with half the effort. III.The process of implementing classroom regulations enhances the researcher’s professionalism: i.In the process of implementing classroom regulations, teachers are capable of building up their professionalism through self-dialogue and introspection. ii.Process of implementing classroom regulations can help teachers discover the most appropriate type of classroom management.
