Most of current researches focused on the key successful factors, customs satisfaction, customer relations, or schedule. The quality costrel the turn turn sidle of outsourcing is rarely studied. This study focus on based on the Information System Quality View point to promote the outcome of outsourcing. The results show that experts is capable to use the develop model in the study for inference and then decision making. The finding might be useful for construct a prototyping.
