| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 資訊管理系(所) === 98 === Community Ecotourism is a rising trend of tourism, but the development experience accumulation is not an easy task. This study observes the development of community ecotourism on Shirding community, Kenting, which is well known on their ecotourism development. By analyzing content of community meetings, classifying tasks and activities, and examining the frequency of activities, this study attempts to find the evolution trend of the community ecotourism development. This study finds that the management of Shirding ecotourism can be divided into 3 stages: The preparation stage, establishing the basics of Shirding ecotourism development. The development stage, boosting service quality, and standardize operating procedure. And the enhancing stage, establishing a sustainable management. The study also surveys the partnership among community, the nation park and the professional team, and a knowledge map of work sharing is draw further to show the relationships of work items with different shareholders. The results of this study are expected to be a useful reference to other communities.
