Through national competition analysis, five forces analysis, and SWOT analysis, the research shows in case that the case companies have well-founded operation strategies, keep lending new techniques and strengthening production management for lowering costs, and expand new markets(such as Mainland China), which will be the main factors for achieving the competing strengths.
