Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東商業技術學院 === 國際企業所 === 98 === Coming in the 21st century of knowledge economy, the knowledge will become the most important and indispensable property of the enterprise, the majority organization face the new challenge, and the competitor continuously improve the competition threat. Under the new and proposed market risks, for surviving continuously and developing, enterprise only increase technique hardly and knowledge of management, promote the new product continuously, recommend the new procedure, and develope new conception, so that they can maintain the competitive advantage continually in the intense international market. This research divides employee’s creative personality into three characteristics, that are Sufficiency of originality、Efficiency and Rule conformity. It stimulates institution as a adjustment variable to explore different personality employees how organization should choose which rewarding institution to promote sharing knowledge with employees and enhance creative effects. This research objects focus on Moxa Networking Co., Ltd.in Taipei. The results of our research indicate that employees of efficiency in the Self-Actualization Need and Safety Need motivation institution tend to share their knowledge. Employees of sufficiency of originality in the Self-Actualization Need motivation institution tend to promote innovation effect.
