And also, the possibility of using ICT technology and health information management platform to monitor the elderly health situation is rising. This paper presents a service science investigation into describing a humanistic domestic telehealthcare service system for the elderly needs in Taiwan. The investigation focused on the elderly born in 1949 to 1964, which called the baby boomers. Both literature review and questionnaires methodologies were used to describe the design principle of the telehealthcare service system. 470 questionnaires were delivered and 448 of them were collected. SPSS 15.0 window version was used to analyze the data distribution, mean, and standard to the system concept level. From the questionnaires analysis, it shows that tele-healthcare services are desirable and welcome for baby boomers in general. Besides that, the accept levels of tele-health system are related to the high social standing, high income, high educational background and married couple with family support population. From the literature review, we also found 10 service design parameters which is the elderly most concerned, they are the customized orientation, proactive service, stability, user experience, after-sales service, user friendly, risk perception releasing, the capability of the health consultation, prevention from technological failure and operational failure.
