Summary: | 碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 98 === The study use "Regulatory Industry"to explore education marketing.It use four dimensions(organization delelopment strategies, marketing mix,activities staisfaction, organizational background variable)to study the evident correlations. The study will set strategy and marketing to provide future operation suggestions of schools,to resolve the impact on education due to the low birth rate,to create the educational outcoms.
The study use Likert’s modle to design questionnaires,after measurement and construction to point out the shortcommings of the present situation.We provide 154 questionnaires to the principal or head of promotion activities of elementary schools in Kaohsiung County,this study presented a detailed analysis of its obtained the findings as follows.
First, organizational marketing mix, organizational development strategies, and activities satisfaction have come to an evident correlation, that through the combination of price, promotion mix, market development, product development, enhancement, etc., will contribute to the implementation of school marketing.
Second, organizational background variables attributes (geographical area schools, the school established time, the number of school staff, 97 year promotional activities, promotional activities in recent years fixed) on the organization marketing mix, organizational strategy development, activities, satisfaction have come to an evident different.
In sum, with the low birth rate and the phenomenon of surplus teachers will occur,reduce classes and schools merger, school close,the impact on the education industry is huge. The study recommend to do good educational activities will help schools to improve visibility and enrollment in limited resources .
