Summary: | 碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 美術學系 === 98 === The process of creation is like being in a world full of dreams and adventures. “Indulging” in this world, where speaking seems to be needless, is free and secure. Image is the only language here, and is spoken to memorize the memorable moments as well as the words deep in mind. This dissertation focuses on author’s progress of the works from 2008 through 2009, and is sustained with author’s prior works before 2007. The contents are organized in five chapters, and the main topics can be listed as follows:
1.Statement of the motivation, the objective, the background and the scope.
2.Author’s concept of creations. The influence of symbolism to author’s creative style and the connection between subconscious and self-creation are discussed.
3.The fundamental elements from author’s works are summarized, and are analyzed with author’s self-contradiction.
4.Discussion on the techniques in printmaking: Introducing the kind of board and the techniques employed in author’s works.
5.The concepts and the characteristics of a series of representative works are demonstrated.
6.Summary, conclusions and future works.
7.Through the writing of this article, the author is backtracked on the development of the creations, and is clarified the cause of the deep self-ambivalence which happened often at the time.
