We proceeded by the collected and well-defined questionnaire with cluster sampling, and raw data were surveyed by totally 630 questionnaires under high school and vocational high school students grade two and three, which was chosen each class from 8 of 14 high school and vocational high schools in Chiayi, and 4 are from public school, 4 are from private school. The statistic method are including t-test, one way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression etc based on the general education of national defense attitude scale, civic consciousness scale and organizational citizenship behavior rating scale done by survey candidates. The conclusion of this study is as below: 1. The result showed the attitude of general education of national defense, civic consciousness and organizational citizenship behavior from high school and vocational high school students are over average. 2. The significant differences can be found under the gender and other six background variables from the attitude of general education of national defense. 3. The significant differences can be found under the gender and other three variables from the civic consciousness. 4. The significant differences can be found under the gender and other three variables from the organizational citizenship behavior. 5. The better attitude of general education of national defense, the higher civic consciousness, and the better performance of organizational citizenship behavior that high school and vocational high school students had. 6. We may see the highly positive correlation between the attitude of general education of national defense, civic consciousness and organizational citizenship behavior from high school and vocational high school students. 7. The attitude of general education of national defense had high predictability toward the civic consciousness from high school and vocational high school students. 8. The attitude of general education of national defense has high predictability toward the organizational citizenship behavior from high school and vocational high school students. From above results, we had some suggestions to different aspects. For the military instructors, they should know the differences between each student and teach the general education of national defense in a vivacious way. Also, enforce the attitude of national safety and military knowledge, and encourage the student to join the military academy or to be an army service volunteer. For the schools, offer variety of activities about general education of national defense, improve the relationship of each class, highlight the character of the school, and give a general education of national defense course based on the school feature. For the government organization of educational administrations, strengthen students the military knowledge in order to implement the national defense of the whole people, and enforce the understanding of the combat ability so that improve the civic consciousness of students. 吳明隆 學位論文 ; thesis 265 zh-TW |
