The research method adopted in this study was questionnaire survey. The study is based on the teachers in public primary schools in Kaohsiung City. There were 517 questionnaires given out and 517 effective ones returned. The data gathered was analyzed by the statistics methods of percentile frequency, Person cross-product correlation, independent samples t-test, one-way MANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this study are as follows: 1.The points of primary school teachers’ information cultivation, knowledge management capability and job satisfaction are above the average. 2.There is a noticeable difference about “gender, job, work experience, level of education, and use of computers” on primary school teachers’ information cultivation. 3.There is a noticeable difference about “job, level of education, size of school, and use of computers” on primary school teachers’ knowledge management capability. 4.There is a noticeable difference about “gender, job, level of education, and use of computers” on primary school teachers’ job satisfaction. 5.The better information cultivation the teachers have, the more knowledge management capability they get. 6.The better information cultivation the teachers have, the more job satisfaction they get. 7.The better knowledge management capability the teachers have, the more job satisfaction they get. 8.The variable of information acquirement has the best mixed prediction of teachers job satisfaction. Finally, according to the result of the study, the suggestions are proposed for education executive authorities and school organization’s future study reference.
