Summary:博士 === 高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 98 === The purpose of this study was to better understand the situation of development for traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Settings in Taiwan, knowledge management (KM) in traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Settings, organizational innovation (OI) in traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Settings, organizational effectiveness (OE) in traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Settings. The research was also to analyze the interrelationship among the three, and to understand how the KM and OI affected OE. This study adopted a literature review, personal interviews and a questionnaire survey. The research samples were Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians from 3,042 traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Settings in Taiwan. Out of 2,842 distributed questionnaires, there were 442 effective samples, with an effective return rate of 15%. All data were analyzed using T-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation analysis, Multiple Regression analysis, Path analysis. The major findings of this research were as follows: (1)The knowledge management latent variable significantly affected the organizational innovation latent variable. (2)The organizational innovation latent variable significantly affected the organizational effectiveness latent variable. (3)The knowledge management latent variable significantly affected the organizational effectiveness latent variable. (4)The OI latent variable was the important intervening variable influencing the KM latent variable and the OE latent variable. At last, this research proposed six conclusions and six concrete suggestions for reference.
