Literature review and questionnaire investigation are applied with cluster sampling and 478 effective questionnaires are analyzed with multivariate statistics methods, such as Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA and Spearman correlation. The followings are the findings of this study. First, IT-implementation is very common in practice in Kaohsiung County. Second, IT ability is the major factor influences IT-implementation, especially for male teachers, administrative teachers, post-graduated and those who have more engaged in IT-aided teaching and learning. Third, the following people are more willing to use IT in their teaching: male teachers, highly educated, higher administrative, those who participate in IT training and with more training hours, and teachers who spend more time in using IT in their teaching activities per week. Fourth, teachers of main subjects, such as language, math teachers, and integrated subjects, are generally unwilling and unable to use IT in teaching. Fifth, teachers with relative more resources are more willing to use IT in their teaching. Sixth, the elder and more experienced teachers will sense more pressure when using IT in teaching within limited time. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions have been provided for future reference for the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung County, education administrations, as well as future researches. 江文鉅 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
