碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 98 === In the chain of retail competitive environment, this study constructs a knowledge-based dynamic capability model by AMOS, knowledge-based dynamic capability is the only significant effect on the retail chain store performance. Among them, although the learning mechanism to store performance is not significant, but for the knowledge resources translate into a dynamic capability is the most important mediator. As for the intrapreneurship effective promote the accumulation of knowledge resources. Overall, through the store of the intrapreneurship can promote the accumulation of knowledge resources and through the learning mechanism’s mediator role to create store’s dynamic capabilities, leading to store performance. Survey was common retail and restaurant service competition, two competitive companies owned stores, including 132 effective samples are MOS burgers, 71 effective samples are POYA .
