If the parts is process on traditional drill machine, the productivity will not improved due to yield concern. But if the product is process on M/C machine, it will affect facility ratio. Considering all factors above, the company agreed to develop automatic drill equipment to improve process and increase productivity.However; the suitable production condition is not ready and the equipment has released to production during develop new equipment Further, operators did not know equipment condition and characteristic well that reject rate and productivity are not effectively improved and cause material waste and human rework cost.How to control and decrease manufacture cost effectively and improve quality became a major factor.According to that, this research use Taguchi Method and Dual Response Surface Method to set oil pressure, Z axis height and Draws back the knife number of times hypothesis optimization, Enables many kinds of goal quality characteristic to achieve the optimization the goal. This article control system department system makes the main center conformity using the PLC controller, touches using the ADP man-machine controls the kneading board and the PLC controller makes many inputs, the output interface conformity, and in the PLC formula interior hypothesis read address or the material interim area, provides function of block the ADP hypothesis, is advantageous for the read related hypothesis region address.
