The important design parameters of a bicycle frame for the deformation and mass are obtained by the experimental design method, Taguchi method and the analysis of variance. For the minimum deformation and mass of bicycle frame, the best design parameters for bicycle frames can be found. In addition. the regression equation can be obtained by orthogonal arrays.
