Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程所 === 98 === Using the piezoelectric materials, the vibration harvesting system is constructed. Considering the multi-layer piezoelectric stack, the coupled equations of motion of electro-mechanical system are derived by using Newton’s second law and constitutive equations of piezoelectric materials. Utilizing MATLAB software, the dynamic responses, the charge and power output of the PZT vibration harvesting system subjected to the periodic external forces are investigated. The optimum parameters of vibration harvesting system can be found under the maximum power outputs by Taguchi method. From numerical results, the optimum design of the system parameters is robust. Therefore, it is effective to increase the power outputs of PZT vibration harvesting system by Taguchi method.
